Classes and The School Day
At Felix Primary School our school gates open for all at 8.30am. Pupils can choose this time to ‘grab a bagel’ from the canteen or simply chat with their adults and friends on the playground.
An adult from class will come out to greet pupils at 8.45am. They will take them to their classroom to get ready for the day.
The register will be taken and meal choice will be added to the register. Registration closes at 8.55am and after this time pupils will need to go into school through the school reception to be registered and to make sure you are on the lunch list for the day.
Pupils who arrive at school after 8.55am will be marked as late (L). Pupils arriving after 9.15am will be marked as having an unauthorised absence for the time they are not in school (U).
Lunch time is 11.45am - 1pm for our Reception Pupils and those in the Specialist Provision and 12pm - 1pm for all other pupils.
Home time is at 3.25pm for all pupils who are not staying for an after school club. Adults are able to collect from the playground.
Those pupils who are staying for after school clubs can be collected from the main office at their club finish time (usually 4.30pm).
For individual class timetables please see class pages under the pupil section of the website.
P:E kits should be brought to school on the first day of term and will stay in school until the school breaks.
