Mr Leon Hall - Headteacher

It is a privilege to be Headteacher at Felix Primary and I am proud to lead such a warm and welcoming community. From the very start, I have been struck by the dedication of our staff, the resilience of our pupils and the support of our families.

At Felix, we believe every child can succeed. Our vision is to create a school of pride, where ambition thrives, relationships matter and every child is known, challenged, and inspired. Guided by our values — Pride, Achievement, Resilience and Kindness — we are committed to ensuring that children leave us not only academically prepared, but also emotionally secure and confident for the future.

Our strategic priorities for the coming years are clear: to deliver high-quality teaching in every classroom, to build a calm and consistent behaviour culture, to strengthen our knowledge-rich curriculum and to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils, particularly those with SEND or who face disadvantage.

We are on an exciting journey of improvement and I look forward to working closely with our families and wider community as we continue to raise aspirations and make Felix Primary a school that everyone is proud of.
